Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy

Went to the cinema Biopalatset tonight and watched “Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy”. It’s a very well done agent movie based on the book with same title (written by John Le Carré). The movie is written by David Brain and directed by Tomas Alfredson. It takes place in the early 1970s during the Cold War and is about the British Intelligence (MI6 – Control) and an operation in Budapest, Hungary that goes badly wrong. The operation was an attempt to find out who the possible mole (Russian agent) in the Control is. Smiley, is asked to investigate who the mole is…

I highly recommend you to watch this movie as it’s very well done. It’s more of a drama movie than an action one (thus, not a James Bond type of movie), and you have to remember all the details throughout the movie to get the full picture.

Paintball with the BPOS team

Today, I tried out Paintball for the first time.
Three team collegues from the VCC BPOS Admin team, and one other collegue joined up for the afterwork paintball battle.
We tried the new indoor arena in Gothenburg city, near central station, called Paintball Dreams.

Passed the magical 100 Kg Squats border

Today, I was really tired due to some nights with sleep outages.

Shoulder Flies: Dropset: 12.5 * 7 + 6 * 8  /  12.5 * 5 + 6 * 9

Reversed Flies: 4 * 10 / 6 * 7 / 4 * 8

Recovery day – sore quadriceps

Today my Quadriceps is really really sore after the tough leg workout with my personal trainer yesterday.
It was long time ago I felt this sore and I almost couldn’t move myself today, but it indicates that I should have some great results of the training and a litle rest… No pain no gain ;)

I will rest my body today and tomorrow to recover, eat a lot of protein, and hopefully I will have even better results next week =)

Legs, chest and shoulder weight training with PT Effie Tagaras

Today I had a really great weight training with my personal trainer Effie Tagaras.
Before excersise, I took a Celsius Orange drink.
For the legs, we did Back Barbell Squats, super sets of Leg Extension and Dumbell Walking Lunge, as well as Squat Jumps.

For the chest and shoulders, we did super sets of Bench Press and Shoulder Flies, as well as Standing Cable Chest Flies and Lying Dumbbell Reverse flies.

After the exercise, I was completely emptied of all energy resources and almost couldn’t walk home. I took a protein drink including hamp protein (never tried before, but tasted great), soy protein, L-Glutamate and 7-Keto.

I really appreciate that Effie is so great at coaching me beyond the limits of my mind!!
